It is recommended that you meet twice per month with Christie for a minimum of 3 months. You will also have e-mail contact with her as needed. The goal is to find what foods and lifestyle habits work for you. This can not be done in one session. It is a process that allows you to discover your authentic self.
$55 per hour.
**At no time, does working with a massage therapist, reiki practitioner, holistic health counselor, etc., excuse you from seeing a licensed medical professional. Most often, working in conjunction with a team of health care providers will have the best effect on your health and well-being. You are solely responsible for your body, mind and spirit. Take good care of them.
